Returns & Refunds Policy

At Midori Plus Enterprise, the health, safety, and happiness of your pets are our top priorities. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene & Safety Exceptions For the safety and hygiene of all pets in our community, we strictly do not accept returns on any pet products (such as water bottles, bowls, beds, or harnesses) that have been opened, used, or tried on by a pet. This is to prevent the potential spread of allergens or diseases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at midoristores.official@gmail.com. Please note that customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs for "change of mind" or sizing issues.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues (Our Guarantee) Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at midoristores.official@gmail.com with clear photos or a short video of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and immediately process a free replacement or a full refund. You will not need to ship the defective item back to us.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at midoristores.official@gmail.com.
